The Holland company “Heinen & Hopman Engineering” signed a contract for production and supply of air-conditioning and ventilation equipment for the floating crane of POSS-115 project being built by “NIBULON’s” order. Negotiations with the specialists of “Heinen & Hopman Engineering” company showed an interest of the future vessel’s owner in application of advanced technologies and qualitative equipment. The floating crane of POSS-901 project will become the most productive transshipment floating crane in Ukraine. It is designed for carrying out loading/unloading operations at grab mode with designed crane capacity up to 45 tons per hour and at hook mode – up to 60 tons on inland waterways, in the Sea of Azov and the Black sea costal area up to 20 miles – all year round. “Heinen & Hopman Engineering” company has a successful experience in design and production of air-conditioning and ventilation equipment for such vessels, including equipment supply for the Russian floating crane “Oleg Strashnov” (one of the largest in the world) launched in 2012. An implementation of POSS-901 project allows to think of prospects for further cooperation among “NIBULON”, “Heinen & Hopman Engineering” company and other marine equipment manufacturers.
