Mini-football tournaments among Mykolaiv subdivisions of NIBULON have become a new tradition. Eight teams participated in the third tournament: SK captained by Pavlo Tsyhulskyi, SSZ captained by Oleksandr Chernykh, Falieievska captained by Maksym Huk, TSAU-1 captained by Volodymyr Slavinskyy, TSAU-2 captained by Valerii Ushaniov, ZMK captained by Andrii Monakhov, SLAT captained by Serhii Lunhu, PT captained by Andrii Arkhypov.
SK won the competition, SSZ won a silver, and TSAU-1 won a bronze.
Valerii Ushanov has organized the competition for the third time. He plays football and he is convinced that everyone, regardless of his/her job has to develop himself/herself in all directions. Valerii was glad to tell us some details,
“Summing up the results of the competition, I can say that this year’s tournament has become especially exciting for several reasons at once. This is the second victory in a row for SK, SSZ made it to the finals, and TSAU-1 entered the top 3 teams. This fact suggests that the level of each team increases each year. So, maybe someone from this year’s winners could get the first place next time. Taking the opportunity, I’d like to express my deep gratitude to NIBULON’s General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy for his support and development of healthy lifestyle among the company’s employees. Thanks to his support, this year we have been provided with football uniform, sports equipment and other stuff necessary for the tournament”.
Serhii Kalkutin, NIBULON’s deputy general director of logistics, who has awarded prizes this year, also expressed his impressions,
“I am really glad that we’ve got this great tradition of holding mini-football tournament every year. We already have our own records and record-holders. And it forms our own small sports history. I am also impressed by the fact there are so many talented sportsmen in our NIBULON’s family. And it is really great that our employees with their families are ready to devote their free time to our joint activities. During the competition we could see fans who came to support their husbands, fathers, brothers and friends. I’d like to thank the organizer for not being afraid of responsibility. I believe that such events are not just about sport, but also about team spirit and support. I sincerely thank the teams for their participation and bright game”.
The organizer also shared his plans for the future about changing of tournament format. He wants to move from single-elimination system to round-robin tournament. This will allow participants to play more matches, to improve their skills, and to get more positive emotions.
It should be noted that the amount of fans this year increased almost twice. The participants’ friends, families and colleagues came to support them.
Entrance to the matches is always free. So we are looking forward to your support next year.
