The level of professionalism plays one of the most important roles in the company’s success which is considered to be a model of high production standards. Being one of the largest domestic agricultural producers, NIBULON puts training on a level with keeping up the main tendencies of the world market.
In February, during five days the company’s agronomists have undergone a training course on professional issues. The lecturers were the specialists of companies that supply plant protection means, seed, agricultural machinery and implements (Green Express, Agrosphera Ltd., Chimagromarketing Ltd., Bayer, BASF, Monsanto, Pioneer).
The training program developed for NIBULON’s specialists was held at the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city. It included both lectures and practical activities. The aim of training was rules and methods to apply chemical addiction; norms, rules and terms of sowing of different crops.
According to Yakiv Pinchuk, a head of the production department, professional progress is a considerable impact that forces to reconsider your job and to outline ways for self-improvement.
