The secret of “NIBULON’s” success is principally in the coordinated work of highly skilled professionals, when each of them brings a part of his success to the common victory of the company. The specialists regularly undergo training both in Ukraine and abroad to increase the professionalism and experience of all workers of the company.
 
Last year a group of employees of “NIBULON” took part in a training program concerning corn and sorghum, which was held in Egypt in the “Regional Center for Food and Feed”, under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of Egypt. In addition, specialists of the company in order to improve experience visited France (at the invitation of companies «EURALIS Semences», «Eridon», «Teknoma», «R.A.G.T.»), Holland, Germany and Belgium (at the invitation of the company «Syngenta»), Thailand (at the invitation of the company “Trade House “Seeds”) etc. Specialists of “NIBULON” regularly undergo training together with experts of SGS and Grain Inspection.
 
From October 18 till 22, 2011 the director of RE “Lidiyivske” branch of “NIBULON” Oleksandr Tereshchenko visited farm households and cooperatives that grow vegetables and fruit crops on closed and open ground on the south coast of Spain. This program was organized by «Leron AGRO» and «SYNGENTA».
 
The director of business unit of “NIBULON” during the trip got acquainted with modern European technologies of water supply and irrigation for vegetable crops growing, methods of storage and packing of vegetable and fruit products, etc.
 
All the technologies offered by European households in growing vegetables and fruit products, are directed to thorough adherence to environmental safety standards. “NIBULON” also complies with the principle in its business activity.
 
The participants of the trip had a chance to exchange their experience in growing vegetables both in greenhouses and on open ground during the visit to farms in Spain.
 
“Certainly, the acquaintance with vegeculture of European countries enables us to see the possibilities of cultivation of such products in Ukraine wider. But, besides visiting European households, I am once again convinced that “NIBULON’s” vegetable culture is at the same level with European one. For me, as for the director of business unit, it is pleasant to realize that fact!”
 
During the trip the director of RE “Lidiyivske” branch got acquainted with the best hybrids of vegetable crops, thus “NIBULON” will apply them to its production next year! In addition, the company plans to expand areas for production of vegetable produce in RE “Lidiyivske” up to 18 hectares. Not only the branches of the company, but also schools, kindergartens and local hospitals will taste vegetable produce of “NIBULON” as always.
