The additional laboratory created by NIBULON operates properly, and its specialists conduct all the required tests. The laboratory can conduct 400 tests per day. It is subordinated to the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.  In his direct speech, Ukraine’s Chief State Sanitary Doctor Viktor Liashko, who has visited Mykolaiv today in order to inspect the Regional Laboratory Center, the Mykolaiv Regional Infectious Hospital, and a number of other institutions intended to fight against the spread of coronavirus confirmed,   “First of all, we attended a meeting of the headquarters of the emergency response and recovery unit. We inspected a virological laboratory. The virological laboratory can conduct up to 500 polymerase chain reaction tests per day. The laboratory will provide everything required in case of necessity. I would like to add that before coming to Mykolaiv, we took blood samples from patients with pneumonia and delivered them to another laboratory outside Mykolaiv region. The blood test results confirm that the tests coincide. I spoke to virologists and laboratory specialists. I inspected the two laboratories. The specialists definitely know where the number of tests can be additionally increased. Consequently, I am satisfied with it.  Now we are going to analyze other algorithms. As of today, the laboratory is ready to conduct 500 tests per day. It is completely supplied with amplifiers, consumable materials, and personal protective equipment.
