On September 7, 2012 the transshipment terminal of “NIBULON” (Mykolayiv city) was visited by the representatives of the Economic Mission UBIFRANCEin Ukraine. For information. The Economic Mission UBIFRANCE of the Embassy of France in Ukraine provides support to French companies within their export and investment projects on development in the Ukrainian market. By its activity the Economic Mission UBIFRANCE assists in development of business relations between French and Ukrainian companies. The main goal is to inform French companies about potential of the Ukrainian market, working conditions in the country, to help Ukrainian companies to enter the French market. Analyzing the Ukrainian market, becoming familiar with domestic companies, the members of the Economic Mission UBIFRANCEalso paid attention to agricultural sector of Ukraine. That is why the company being a leader in Ukrainian agrarian sector for many years became an object of their visit. During the excursion the guests, familiarizing with “NIBULON’s” activity, viewed the transshipment terminal, found out about logistic infrastructure of the transshipment terminal (“NIBULON’s” own shipping fleet and fleet of trucks). It took the guests several hours to observe the chemical-technological laboratory equipped with modern equipment; to watch the process and principle of its work. They saw the way analyses of agricultural products, water, soils, and air are performed. The visitors were impressed by not only technical equipping of the transshipment terminal and working conditions of personnel but also they paid particular attention to its landscaping. On completion of the meeting the representative of the Economic Mission UBIFRANCE Serge Augier says, “After the visitation of the transshipment terminal a paradox came to my mind. How is it possible to combine such high production standards, deserved working conditions, low prices in your café with those realities of work, conditions of doing business which exist in your country? I do not know Ukraine and its realities of work as good as you do but the things I saw here proved that the contrast between your company and other Ukrainian companies is huge. A principle of work “everything is for worker” which we noticed is a big plus to your transshipment terminal. We like “NIBULON’s” mentality.
