At the beginning of the meeting Oleksiy Vadaturskyy mentioned that the facility would be put into operation on June 15, despite holidays. According to him, contracting organizations work with diligence and demonstrate quick pace of construction. There are a lot of positive moments.
NIBULON receives resumes from people who want to get a job at the transshipment terminal every day.  The company will employ 100 specialists on a competitive basis at the end of May. They will be assisted by the best specialists from other NIBULON’s branches, who will conduct an equipment audit before pre-commissioning. This will enable the company to avoid delays during operation of the terminal. The young team will be trained at the best branches of the company so that the new terminal may start operating efficiently.
On June 15, the terminal will officially start operating, receiving its first agricultural cargoes.
Oleksiy Vadaturskyy thanked Voznesensk mayor Vitaliy Lukovyy, the Deputy of Mykolayiv Regional Council Oleksandr Tereshchenko and Prybuzhany Village Head Kostyantyn Tereshchenko for their assistance.
At present 600 builders are working at the construction site, 30 of which are local inhabitants who got workplaces. NIBULON involved 16 units of its machinery to optimize construction work. The company has signed 49 agreements with contracting organizations; it will sign 60 agreements till the end of May. Upon completion of May holidays, the construction workers will work in three shifts.
In May, the specialists will finish main construction works and start finishing work, electrical work, and others.
Thus, in NIBULON’s construction history, “Voznesens’ka” branch is the first facility, where almost all foundations are ready. (The specialists will have constructed the last foundations for grain storages by May 4). Years of cooperation with construction workers bring positive results that cannot but gladdening.
In general, the meeting participants mainly discussed well-coordinated work and employees working like a Swiss watch. Efficiency combined with quality guaranteed holidays for workers. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy mentioned that it was pleasant to observe the terminal’s construction according to schedule.
In its turn, the company is improving itself. In order to settle accounts with partners as quickly as possible, NIBULON has significantly facilitated all the internal conciliation procedures and quickened documents circulation. It should be noted that sometimes NIBULON directly assists contracting organizations in solving their issues with Ukrainian and foreign suppliers.
Despite the economy crisis in Ukraine, the world’s leading producers of elevator equipment installed at each NIBULON’s facility continue trusting the company.
In particular, NIBULON will soon receive Mathews Company drying complexes from the U.S. On May 25, they will be delivered to the construction site. In the first decade of May, Symaga grain storages (Spain) will be delivered to Voznesensk. From May 20 till May 25, the company will receive transport equipment produced by CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S (Denmark).
In order not to prevent mounting equipment, contracting organizations involved in mounting transport galleries will have completed works by May 15.
Please note that the specialists from Astarta Mlynelevatorbud Ltd. conduct the most difficult work at the facility – the construction of three truck-tippers. The company works according to schedule like other NIBULON’s partners.
On May 25, we will celebrate our first production victory at the facility. This day the terminal’s weighing station will undergo state verification.
NIBULON will implement several technological innovations at the terminal.
In particular, the storm sewage treatment system will be completely separated from the water treatment system. After treatment, sewage water by its chemical indicators will achieve almost fresh water sanitary standards. This will enable NIBULON to discharge this water into the Southern Bug without damaging the environment.
In addition, the company cares about health of its employees and local inhabitants, calling on them to lead a healthy life-style. NIBULON will construct a modern illuminated bicycle path from the terminal to Prybuzhany village and Voznesensk town at its own expense.
