“Vradiyivs’ka” branch of NIBULON was created in 1998. Till 2000 the branch cultivated land of the former agricultural farms of the district. The branch leases above 2 681 thousand ha of land.
The branch is situated in the area of risk farming. It is the highest place in Mykolayiv region, an area of hot dry winds. Traditionally, the branch grows grain and technical crops, corn and grain. At “Vradiyivs’ka” branch there work 50 persons constantly at the average age of 35.
Since 2004 the branch has been headed by Sergiy Sakerin who obtained higher education (agricultural and economic education). “I worked as a chief agronomist, and then I filled a position of the branch director. I knew my team and there were no surprises or problems. Our team is young, and young employees try to deep up with more experienced employees. We find a common language immediately; all issues are solved due to a dialogue. Due to NIBULON, I got professional advancement, studied innovation approaches”, he notes.
Ulyana Gulya, an accountant, tells, “Both my role and the role of other employees is very important at the branch. We are components of a large mechanism. It does not matter what position you occupy, whether you are an accountant, a tractor-driver or an agronomist. You are a part of a big organism which cannot function properly without one of its components. Our work is our tradition and common value. Everybody values his work. As for me, each worker has his peculiarity. Someone has a strong character, somebody never refuses to help, other person has iron nerves and can bare any stressful situation at work, and somebody does not lose sense of humor in any situation”.
Roman Beregovyy, a chief accountant, got a job in NIBULON having graduated from the university. “It brings me satisfaction to work for NIBULON. Friendly team always supports in difficult situations and helps to solve problems. We are characterized by mutual understanding and respect”, he mentions.
“We have many pleasant recollections. The most pleasant moment is when grain, grown by your hands, gives high yields. In such moments you do not feel fatigue at work; your position and age do not matter. Everybody is happy. Thus, common work, common results are our main values”, tells Volodymyr Muntyan, a machine operator.
“In order to see our branch development, it is enough, for example, to compare the figures of croppage for the last 10 years which have doubled. This year, in particular, according to the results of harvesting of early grain crops, the branch has taken second place in the region. It is not strange, as our employees are patriots of their work. They work with diligence despite hours, as this profession requires best efforts, knowledge and inspiration”, tells Yuliya Gaponova, a chief record keeper.
“We are provided with machinery completely, we have powerful machine and tractor fleet which is renovated constantly. We work on our fields quickly; the whole seasonal complex of field works lasts for 3-5 days. Our neighbours are impressed by our pace of work”, notes Dmytro Gulya, a mechanical engineer.
According to Oleg Dovbnya, an agronomist, the staff continues to improve its own production indices. NIBULON contributes to it: improvement of technical devices, renewal of truck fleet, deserved wage and others. The team of the branch aims at being the first among other branches of Mykolayiv region.
Social sphere is an integral part of “Vradiyivs’ka” branch activity. The branch signs social partnership agreements with village councils where it leases land. “Vradiyivs’ka” branch cooperates with 5 village councils in 5 settlements. Particular attention is paid to educational institutions, including repair of premises at schools and kindergartens, purchase of educational, music, and sports equipment, organization of summer school camps, etc. The leaders do not act in a different way!
