Olena Makarenko comes to work at 4 a.m. She and other employees of the general service department must clean the office for employees of other departments. NIBULON starts its work at 8 a.m. “If in the morning I enter the office with a good mood, I leave an appropriate energy for other people who come to their working places later. Positive mood is very important to achieve success. I like to work in NIBULON: most employees are young and active people, and it is very pleasant to see smiling faces in the morning.” Before coming to NIBULON Olena Makarenko worked in a kindergarten, but domestic realities changed the situation: staff reduction, search for a new job. Due to her optimism Olena did not give up and found a new job.  NIBULON is a stable company; consequently, she values her work here, “Our team is friendly and reliable. Head of the general service department Iryna Myhailova always supports and helps”. Iryna Myhailova is an experienced and energetic person. She has worked in the State Design Institute as an activist of labour committee for 10 years. Search for interesting and dynamic work led her to NIBULON, “I like my job very much. I come to work very early and check whether offices are ready, whether employees have all necessary things, I try to make working places more comfortable and cosy”. 8 years ago the general service department consisted of 4 persons. Today there are 17 persons. The company is growing and the number of departments and office spaces increases constantly. Everything must be clean so that people work with pleasure, “Sociability, honesty and diligence of the general service department personnel are very much appreciated”. Iryna Myhailova says that NIBULON has changed her character, “I am very disciplined and active, but the company has strengthened my discipline, ability to analyze any situation, creative approach to solving tasks”. Creative approach helps Iryna Myhailova not only at work. During her free time she masters modern artistic techniques. Now it is quilling. Quilling is an art of rolling strips of paper into different shapes. “I think things in life should be treated with inspiration, and creativity helps me in it. It is a source of new forces and ideas for work”. “Our department is responsible for cleanness of office facilities and providing with all necessary things during work and events”, tells Denys Lanin, a procurement specialist of the general service department. NIBULON became his first workplace. He underwent training here during his studies. The company impressed him with its range and pace of work. “I think that responsibility is the most important thing when working in NIBULON. You must be completely devoted to work, treat tasks thoroughly as these qualities influence on the activity results”, shares Denys. “NIBULON impressed me with its different creative activities, ability to use my knowledge and skills”, tells Vitaliy Pryanishnikov, a general worker. As a real expert, hard-working and diligent person Vitaliy had to leave his family to work in Poland. Now Vitaliy Pryanishnikov works for NIBULON. You can meet him if something is broken, does not operate. Vitaliy is always ready to repair and help. Vitaliy Pryanishnikov recollects his brightest memories during his work in NIBULON, “Two years ago I had an opportunity to visit an opening of the company’s elevator in Velyki Korovyntsi town in Zhytomyr region”. A great cause performed by the company inspired him a lot, “I think that everybody must value his work and perform duties a hundred percent”.
