Our key principles of work are quick pace, innovative ideas, ambitious intentions! We will not change them next year and in future!
Summarizing 2013 besides production successes and records of the company, other areas of activities should be mentioned.
1. In 2013 NIBULON mastered new directions of activities. Today we are not only agrarian company, but also powerful company engaged in shipbuilding and fleet operation.  We continue to grow and export agricultural commodities, develop own logistic infrastructure, livestock sector, including our own “Bystrytski Kovbasy” trade mark.
New directions of activities contribute to the creation of new services and departments, thus, increasing the number of NIBULON’s employees. For example, for the past two years the quantity of NIBULON’s employees has increased by 30% in Mykolayiv city. Construction of a network of elevator complexes and transshipment terminals allowed to create (by the end of 2013) about 900 workplaces in Ukraine’s regions. Besides, at the newly created Mykolayiv shipbuilding and repair yard “NIBULON” there was started an in-depth reconstruction. When the in-depth reconstruction is completed, 350 jobs will be created.
The key concept of NIBULON’s activities for the future announced by General Director Oleksiy Vadaturskyy provides for creation of new jobs in Mykolayiv city and in Ukraine’s regions proportionally to the expansion of activities, increase of production on condition that the high wages are kept.
2. This year will be remembered by moving to a new office. 9-B Faleyevska Street, our current postal address, became symbolic for Mykolayiv citizens, our partners, including foreign ones. Time is moving, we are developing, changing ourselves for better. Creation of new departments and services became the main reason for our moving to the new and bigger office.
63 Velyka Morska Street, where our “team heart” is pulsating, is our new office. By the way it is easy to recognize us. There is a banner depicting St. Mykolai floating crane on the facade of the building.
3. In September NIBULON’s renewed corporate website started its operation. Modernizing our official internet resource, we had demonstrated openness to communication.
We try to provide each visitor with maximum possibilities in order to follow our topical news, to find out about the implementation of new investment and social projects, to get information as to agrarian issues, including farming and export of agricultural products, development of shipping and shipbuilding sectors, etc.
Each visitor of our website can keep a finger on the pulse of the domestic and international grain markets!
Besides, 2013 became symbolic as it marked a step into the fourth million – the number of website views exceeded four millions! Our website is read not only in Ukraine, but also in the USA, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Great Britain, Spain, China, South Korea, Sweden, Turkey, Austria, the Netherlands, Greece, Iran, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates and in many other countries of the world.
