On May 2nd French farmers and representatives of “Agritel” visited Mykolayiv transshipment terminal of “NIBULON”. It should be noted that visits of representatives of French agricultural sector take place regularly and have become a kind of a tradition. Our company has been effectively cooperating with famous French institutions, such as BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole for a long time. Guests got acquainted with the production facilities. In particular, they were impressed with a new laboratory. “During our visit last year, the laboratory complex was just prepared for putting into operation. Today, when laboratories work, we can see a high level of both equipment of the complex and high qualification of its employees. We have traveled a lot, but have not seen such a laboratory”, Olivier Bouillet said (“Agritel” company). European farmers also had the opportunity to see “NIBULON’s” fleet and learn about the investment project on the revival of river transport infrastructure of Ukraine. After the excursion, the farmers noted the importance of this project not only for the company, but also for the country as a whole, because benefits of such an activity are obvious. French farmers met the General Director of the company Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, who willingly talked to the guests. While answering the questions O. Vadaturskyy noted that Ukraine has enormous agricultural potential, and the possibility to grow 80 million tons of grain is not unattainable goal. But with this potential, it is possible to increase export volumes up to 50 million tons. Thus, there is something to work on. Although today the business environment in Ukraine is not the easiest one, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy suggested Europeans not to wait until someone will create the investment attractiveness of the country for them, but to come, invest in building, grow agricultural products and to create an attractive investment climate on their own.
