One of the main principles of NIBULON’s personnel policy is to involve talented youth. While implementing such an approach to the search for future employees, NIBULON cooperates with a number of Ukraine’s higher educational institutions.
A striking example is cooperation with Mogyliv-Podilsk Technology and Economic College of Vinnytsya National Agrarian University. Team work was started in 2009 when Olena Derkach, a head of practical training, asked Oleksiy Vadaturskyy to accept students. According to the teacher, she did not hope for success and did not think that one of the leaders of the national agrarian market would agree to accept students from small educational institution. But the desire to familiarize students with the powerful production was stronger than apprehension.
The company accepted the proposition! In July 2009 the first 8 students of the college came to Mykolayiv city to undergo technological training at the main grain terminal. For five years of cooperation 87 students have gained practical skills at the company’s branches, and 73 students became NIBULON’s employees!
During that period the youth was demonstrating diligence and desire to work by specialty. And Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, realizing that modern education cannot exist without financial support, decided to equip the laboratory of grain merchandising and products of grain processing. According to the college students, the importance of this presence can scarcely be overestimated; now they have an opportunity to become familiar with new equipment such as INFRATEC 1241 grain analyzer, Ohaus analytical balance of Pioneer series and PCHP-3 device to determine falling number.
Equipment presentation was held at the college during the solemn event “Triumphal Olympus” dedicated to the acknowledgement of partners. Larysa Zvonova, a head of NIBULON’s personnel department, received an award “The Best Employer of the Year”.
The new modernized laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art equipment will improve educational process qualitatively, contributing to its modernization, increase quantity of students being involved in using modern equipment and contribute to the educational institution popularization. As a result, strong personnel foundation to develop Ukraine’s agrarian sector is formed.
We would remind you that in December 2012 the company presented Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies with four modern high-tech laboratories that gave an opportunity to practice methods and technologies of grain quality control, automation of processes of elevator control and other elements of process to store grain and to prepare it for selling.
