In the mid-90s when NIBULON started to cultivate land actively, the company had only several production branches. Mykolayiv, Lugans’k and Kharkiv regions were the first ones where NIBULON started to work the land. From year to year the amount of leased land has increased considerably. At present NIBULON consists of 43 branches including 23 production branches and 81.5 thousand ha of leased land in twenty regions of Ukraine. “NIBULON’s peculiarity consists in multiple use of technology of agricultural commodity farming on leased land, use of the best seed grain, regularity and consistency of farming. The company aims at its development and we realize that it is impossible to increase production amount without increase of leased land”, they tell in NIBULON’s production department. It was the production branch that started to keep records of agricultural and other land from the mid-90s. With the lapse of time due to constant increase of land areas it was necessary to create a separate department. There was created a sector of lease relations of the production department. Since 1999 the sector of lease relations has been engaging in allotment and recording of agricultural and other land and land plots owned by NIBULON. Since 2004 on the basis of the sector of lease relations of the production department there was created the department of lease relations which was engaged in ransom and execution of property certificates of the former collective farms. The newly created department was headed by Nadiya Bodnar. Nadiya Bodnar has been working for NIBULON for 16 years. She started to work in RE “Lidiyivs’ke” as an economist. It is very simple to explain the reason that made her move to a small village in Domanivka district, “My husband got a job there and I moved to work in Lidiyivka village. I did not want to disjoint our family. Our children went to Lidiyivka school. To work for NIBULON seemed new and unusual in the 90s. At that time NIBULON has already had the status of a reliable employer.” For 16 years of work Nadiya Bodnar can tell a lot about creation of new branches and elevator complexes. Due to the specialists of her department, there are made the first steps to create new branches of the company, “Construction of a new branch and an elevator starts from our department. It is a continuous process: when a ready-built facility is put into operation, we are engaged in execution of land documents intended for construction of the next facility”. At present the department of lease relations cooperates with the state administrations, local authorities in more than 87 village councils and 108 settlements. There were signed lease agreements with 25 thousand landowners. For comparison: for the last 5 years the areas have increased by 30 thousand ha. “Finding out that we are from NIBULON, hearing Oleksiy Vadaturskyy’s name, the regional and local administrations, people of villages and towns get in touch with us gladly. Oleksiy Vadaturskyy can unite: he has united the staff of our company, our partners, local communities and landowners. He is trusted”, stresses Nadiya Bodnar. NIBULON proposes a higher rate of lease payment, the company is characterized by social responsibility (the company signs a social partnership agreement practically with each village council. According to the agreement, NIBULON provides assistance in the local infrastructure development in the course of year). The company is also characterized by the professionalism of the department of lease relations. “The work is very specific, we have to communicate with different people from different parts of Ukraine”, tells Inna Nedohlebova, an economist of the department. “The amount of work is large but we listen to each person attentively in order to understand an issue or a problem. Only respect and sincere attitude to an interlocutor help me to perform my work”. Inna started to work for NIBULON after graduating from the university. She was not disappointed in her decision, “It is interesting here, you can feel the rhythm, during business trips you have an opportunity to see different places of Ukraine. We have no time to be sad”. There is no time to be sad working in the sphere of land relations, “Constant changes in the legislation, it is necessary to study new things and to react quickly”, stresses Nadiya Bodnar. “We study constantly, tells Inna Grechmak, an economist of the department. “NIBULON is like the university: education continues constantly: we gain knowledge and experience every day. It is a wide field for professional advancement”. Iryna Domina, a lawyer of the department, was interested in the possibilities of professional advancement. Iryna has been working here for several months, earlier she worked as a deputy head of the department in judicial administration of Mykolayiv city council, “My work in NIBULON is connected with the land legal relationship. It is a new field of operations and a specific specialization for me – a land law sphere by the whole country. To work in NIBULON means to solve nonstandard tasks, to earn a respectable salary and to have a friendly atmosphere”. The specialists of the department of lease relations work not only in Mykolayiv. Thus, for example, Oleksandr Lypen, an economist of the department, works in “Pivdennyy Bug” branch (Vinnytsya region).
