Echoes from confrontation between the “Chernomorskiy Shipbuilding Yard” State Holding Company and “NIBULON Ltd.” came behind the borders of the region and the problem became known throughout Ukraine. However, now, when this agricultural company has to prove in court that it has purchased the unfinished installation from the Yard on legal grounds, having therefor approval from the government and all the “interested” institutions and authorities, and also to prove that it fulfils all financial and investment commitments and has stood the number of governmental surveys, the management of Chernomorskiy Shipbuilding Yard declares another war – the informational war.
