It is 6 a.m. but work at a dairy-breeding farm of research unit “Lidiyevs’kyy” is in a full swing. Milking machines are working, milkmaids with buckets full of flavored milk come into cooling rooms. Samples for analysis are taken there then production is poured into the cooling tank. Transport of Pervomays’k milk canning plant takes milk from the farm once a day. The cooperation with the enterprise continues for many years and there have not been any criticism from both sides. The dairy farm herd consists of 75 heads, although there is an idea of increasing a number of the herd, (it will be done by reproduction of own livestock population, 27 heads of heifer were brought from “Khmil’nyk” branch that is in Vinnytsya region). Productivity of dairy group has increased compared with the past, according to the results of 2010 each cow gave 4652 kilograms of milk. Now each cow gives 16-18 kilos of milk per day. – We graze cows out at grass every day – the main livestock expert E. Bondarenko says. – In addition, feedboxes are permanently filled with green forage, balanced feed, meal, etc. By the way, we are absolutely provided with hay from the first mowing for wintering period. This year a hayloft is equipped on the farm for its storage. A small but well organized and stable team works at the farm. There is not virtually any employee turnover. I. Pytomets. – Despite all the difficulties and hardships we are protected, we feel confident in the future. A stable salary, payable twice a month (by the way, from the 1st of January this year, it was increased), rent payment, many social services, and even an existence of work for people is a merit of Oleksiy Vadaturskyy. Even in extremely difficult circumstances, he does not stop worrying about people and moves forward. Twenty years of hard, everyday work, twenty years of life for people, creation of a large, strong company, which has a high world ranking, tens of thousands of people all over Ukraine, who tied their fate to “NIBULON” – all that can not be crossed out and forgotten.
