The terminal in Nova Odesa was commissioned in April 2011. The construction of the branch in Nova Odesa was the result of a lot of hard work and the implementation of advanced construction technologies. NIBULON managed to erect a high-tech facility despite unfavorable weather conditions and difficult soils. Four thousand piles were driven into the ground to a depth of 28 meters, which made it possible to raise the site by 3 meters and thus ensure the stability of the structure.
This facility was the first among the company’s branches to install a truck unloader with the ability to accept 3 crops simultaneously, significantly increasing capacity. It is also equipped with modern dryers, silo towers, and a ship loader, making the branch one of the most productive in the company.
This transshipment terminal started the revival of navigation on the Southern Bug River. The length of the quayage is 120 meters, two non-self-propelled vessels can berth here simultaneously.
For more than 10 years of work, the branch has gained a reputation as a reliable partner for farms not only in Nova Odesa raion, but also in neighboring raions and oblasts. This cooperation was perpetuated by an award given to the branch staff during the celebration of Nova Odesa City Day.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.
Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.
З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.
Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».
Одружений, має трьох дітей.
