Young but Experienced “Novoodes’ka” Branch

Three years had passed since the investment idea was implemented – “Novoodes’ka” branch was found in Nova Odesa town of Mykolayiv region. It was complicated but at the same time interesting time.     This success was achieved by people we are going to tell about, as today the branch celebrates its anniversary since the foundation day!   “Our branch is quite young, but its team is experienced”, tells Olena Domuschey, a personnel inspector, “Three years had passed since our branch was established, and we have already become an integral component of the agro-industrial sector of both Mykolayiv city and Ukraine. I have been working at the branch since the first day of its foundation. Everyday trust and respect on the part of the management give me confidence in work. Thus, despite its young age and due to right strategy and dynamic development, “Novoodes’ka” branch together with other branches ensure stable and successful work of our company. One of the reasons for such a quick and successful development was use of modern equipment, leading technologies, and also experience and skills of our highly qualified specialists”.   The terminal was constructed under unfavourable weather conditions, on difficult soils. During construction there were dug 4 thousand piles to a depth of up to 28 m having raised the site up to 3 m! In Nova Odesa the company, having constructed its next high-tech and successful branch, demonstrated its own construction standard. In 2012-13 marketing years the branch has taken almost 213 thousand tons of agricultural products, the total amount comprises almost 479 thousand tons since the begging of its operation. Efficiency of production capacities and grain storage capacity (i.e. how grain quantity exceeded the total elevator capacity) comprised 6.38 revolutions, and it is not the limit. Creation of the terminal in Nova Odesa marked the revival of cargo transportation along the Southern Bug River.   “I had to work for many companies before coming to NIBULON”, continues Sergiy Zatorskyy, a senior foreman, “Unfortunately, such drawbacks as wage delay, breach of labour protection laws are spread among employers. Starting to work for NIBULON I felt changes: wage is paid according to the schedule, all norms of labour legislation are kept, and you are supported.   NIBULON helps not only its employees, as the company’s credo is social responsibility. Due to NIBULON’s funds, streets of Nova Odesa town were illuminated (to the amount of almost UAH 270 thousand).   In accordance with the agreement “On share participation of NIBULON in creation and development of engineering, transport and social infrastructure in Nova Odesa town”, there were allocated UAH 326 thousand for purchase of 90 dustbins and a garbage truck; there were also installed bus stations along Torgova Street (to the amount of UAH 51 thousand).   At present there is being signed a social partnership agreement between Nova Odesa Town Council and NIBULON (to the amount of UAH 275 thousand) for financing of works as to environmental improvement of the side protection strip of the Southern Bug River within Nova Odesa town.   The company helps the town council, central district hospital, comprehensive secondary school; there are allocated funds to publish books, to organize festivities, sports contests, and others.   Olena Rotay, acting chief economist, tells about pleasant memories connected with work, “Every day is filled with emotions. As for me, a good team environment is extremely important. The team of our branch consists of young people mostly. Either solution of production tasks or team recreation – we are always characterized by respect and tolerance”.   “Our staff has some traditions”, tells Valentyna Zavorotnya, a secretary, “For example, we congratulate each other on the occasion of birthday, child birth, marriage and take pictures. These photos serve as pleasant recollections about our friendliness”.   “Our director enjoys authority over employees”, adds Olena Shevchuk, a head of the production and technological laboratory, “He managed to unite people where all employees cooperate as a unit, a big family. Vyacheslav Klymneko solves tasks with responsibility”.   “Our team together with other NIBULON branches is the future of Ukraine’s elevator industry. We have talented specialists who worked in two or even three NIBULON’s branches, they improve themselves, share their experience with colleagues”, mentions Vyacheslav Klimenko, the branch director.

Андрій Вадатурський став генеральним директором «НІБУЛОНу» після понад 15 років роботи в компанії — в липні 2022 року.

Він прийняв цю посаду після трагічної загибелі свого батька та засновника «НІБУЛОНу» Олексія Вадатурського разом із матір’ю Раїсою Вадатурською під час російського ракетного удару по їхньому дому в Миколаєві.

З 2014 до 2019 рік був народним депутатом України від одномандатного округу в Миколаївській області та членом Комітету з питань аграрної політики. У 2017 році створив і очолив велику міжпартійну групу, яка виступала за розвиток українських річок як транспортного засобу.  

Має ступінь магістра електротехніки Українського державного морського технічного університету та ступінь магістра економіки промисловості Лондонської школи економіки. У 2009 році за вагомий внесок у розвиток агропромислового комплексу України був нагороджений Президентом України, йому присвоєно звання «Заслужений працівник сільського господарства».

Одружений, має трьох дітей.
