Про Філію

Holoprystanska branch in the Kherson Oblast is a modern transshipment terminal that was commissioned in June 2017. Due to the joint efforts of about 1,500 workers from 75 contracting organizations, including suppliers of imported equipment, the construction of this large infrastructural object took place in an extremely short time — only 100 days.

The newly built enterprise in the Kherson Oblast was equipped with the most modern equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers, including Spain (SYMAGA S.A.), Great Britain (TELESTACK Ltd.), Switzerland (BUHLER GmbH), USA Mathews Company, Lithuania (UAB Liucija), Denmark (Cimbria Unigrain A/S, FOSS ANALYTICAL AB), Germany (PFEUFFER GmbH), the Netherlands (Precia S.A.), etc. Loan funds in the amount of 74 million US dollars allocated by the European Investment Bank made it possible to create an investment package in the amount of 200 million US dollars to finance the construction.

On July 30, 2017, a non-self-propelled vessel loaded with the first batch of watermelons collected by Kherson farms left the berth of the Holoprystanska branch, which caused a real storm of emotions. There was once a pier on the site, from which watermelons were loaded onto non-self-propelled vessels. However, the last non-self-propelled vessel with watermelons sailed down the Dnipro in 2003.

The grain storage facilities at the branch were significantly expanded in accordance with the growing needs of agrarians in the region in 2020. The increase in the volume of storage capacities by 21.9 thousand tons made it possible to make this river transshipment terminal the largest among all the company’s enterprises in the Kherson Oblast. It had the ability to simultaneously store up to 97.9 thousand tons of grain.

The transshipment terminal of the branch provided a full range of services, including the purchase of grain and oil crops as well as the storage of agricultural products.

Unfortunately, the branch was occupied and destroyed at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Grain from containers was taken away through the Crimea. After the Kakhovka Dam explosion in 2023, the branch was completely flooded, and the use of containers and equipment will be impossible even if the water recedes.
